TWIN SEARCH — FIELD × CONTENT

Every file once. Found in seconds.

Find any document by what it is — and by what it says. DOCZ keeps every PDF, scan, photo, email and voice note once, reads what is inside, and finds it from anywhere.

How it works

Three steps, no filing

Nobody types the fields. DOCZ reads the file and the search finds it by what it is and by what it says.

1

Upload it or connect it

Scan paper with the iPhone camera, drop files, or connect email and imports from WhatsApp and Drive. Every file lands in the vault once.

2

DOCZ reads it

Text is read from PDFs, scans and photos, audio and video are transcribed, photos are described, and amounts, dates, addresses and accounts are read from the text.

3

Search like you think

Type what the file is and what it says in one line. Every result shows which fields matched and the exact words, with the page.

Twin Search

Two lanes. One answer.

Most searches look at names or at text. Twin Search asks both at once and shows why each result matched.

Field — what the file is

  • Type — invoice, receipt, contract, permit
  • Kind — document, photo, audio, email, message
  • Source — email, WhatsApp, iPhone scan
  • Date — last month, March 2025, since…
  • From — vendor or sender
  • Amount — over, under, between
  • Account — last four digits
  • Address — street number and name
Both
The result shows the fields that matched and the words inside, highlighted, with the page.

Content — what it says

  • Text read from PDFs and scans
  • Text read from photos
  • Transcripts of audio and video
  • Email bodies and messages
  • Photo descriptions and people
  • File and folder names
Zero duplicates

One vault, zero duplicates

The same invoice arrives by email, again on WhatsApp and once more as a phone scan. DOCZ keeps one copy and remembers every place it came from — so there is one answer, not four.

Security

Share without losing control

A link without a sign-in is the exception, approved by someone allowed to share — never the rule.

Tracked links

Every opening is recorded with the time and the place. You see who opened, how many times, and whether they approved.

Release before it opens

Someone who can only read may ask for a link; it opens only after a person allowed to share the file releases it.

Signed copies

A download is a copy signed by the platform, with legends such as Confidential or Draft, never the raw file.

Permission on every file

Every file has an owner and the groups that can read it. Every address needs a sign-in, and the log of copies is hash-chained and tamper-evident.

Built in

Inside every socialDNA product

DOCZ is not another app to log into. Construction, field photos, roofing, timecards and finance keep their documents in the same vault, with the same search and the same permissions.

Questions

What is Twin Search?

One search line with two lanes married: the fields of the file (type, date, sender, amount, account, address) and what is written inside it. A result shows both — the fields that matched and the words, highlighted, with the page.

Where do my files come from?

From the iPhone camera and files you upload, from connected email, from WhatsApp exports and from Drive imports. Each file is stored once.

Who can see my files?

Only the owner and the groups the owner gives access to. Sharing outside is a tracked link, released by someone allowed to share.

What happens to duplicates?

The same file arriving by email, WhatsApp and a phone scan is kept once and shows every place it came from.

Is DOCZ part of the other socialDNA products?

Yes. DOCZ is built into every socialDNA product — construction, field photos, roofing, timecards and finance keep their documents in the same vault.

Your documents already know the answer.
